Rice Cream and Lean Gainer Rice Cream Recall

Following a quality check by our production teams at the factory, an irregularity was revealed on the rice cream, leading to non-conformity on the raw material coming from our supplier.

In fact, small insects were found on certain batches of products.

We reassure you that this non-conformity does not present any danger to your health , but does not fall within the framework of our quality charter and what we wish to offer to our customers.

Your product batch is affected

If your batch is affected, we ask that you stop consuming it and inform customer service at contact@nutrimuscle.com or by telephone on 01 89 71 01 22.

You will then have 2 choices:

Returning the product to our factory

A return label will be sent to you by customer service and an immediate refund of the product will be made.
Destruction of the product by you

You can throw away the entire product (including the seal and powder) and return the affidavit of destruction of the product attached with a photo of the batch number concerned. A refund of the product will be made after receipt of the items.

We would like to apologize for this incident, this can happen in particular with cereal-type products, which are also organic and therefore more fragile, particularly during periods of high heat.
