It is possible to take the zinc nutrimuscle at any time of the day, but we recommend a catch with one of your meals (morning , noon, snack or evening). It is better to take your zinc capsule with a meal, because proteins and carbohydrates improve its assimilation.

Fight against zinc deficiencies

Many scientific studies have dealt with the question of the micronutritional status of athletes. And the latter tend towards the same conclusion: sports practitioners are generally in deficiency in vitamins and minerals. To give an example, a fairly recent study (1) observed micronutritional deficiencies in zinc, magnesium, calcium and vitamin C in high -level French rugby players.
