Description
What is Natural Bio Burner?
Nutrimuscle's Natural Bio Burner is a mixture of two organically grown plants: it contains organic yerba mate and organic green tea for a higher supply of polyphenols and tannins.
What are the benefits of Natural Bio Burner?
Green tea and yerba mate synergy
The Natural Bio Burner combines the benefits of green tea (an anti-cancer and slimming agent) and yerba maté, for improved post-workout recovery and better sleep.
Helps to burn fat better
The Natural Bio Burner helps to improve the energy metabolism and accelerate the burning of fat by the body.
Facilitated recovery
Maté promotes muscle relaxation and therefore assists your recovery. Taken after exertion, maté promotes muscle relaxation and accelerates the return to their normal state.
Improved sleep
The mate found in the Natural Bio Burner allows you to fall asleep more quickly, to enjoy higher quality sleep, and to wake up more easily, meaning you'll be raring to go!
For further details on the benefits of Natural Bio Burner, visit the Find out more section.
Caffeine helps to improve physical endurance, alertness and concentration.
Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner
Many competing brands sell green tea and mate, but these organic-grade plants are rarer to find. This is the case with Nutrimuscle's Natural Bio Burner.
What makes the difference between the various forms of green tea and mate is not the caffeine content, it is the polyphenols (catechins, epicatechins) and the tannins.
By avoiding high temperatures or roasting, all the active molecules are better preserved.
Medical research has shown that carefully extracted mate is twice as effective against fat as the commonly found commercial mate.

Usage tips
Who is Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner for?
Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner is for:
- Athletes looking to improve their recovery and promote muscular relaxation after training
- Inactive people who wish to improve their sleep
- Inactive people who are looking for a natural fat burner to assist a diet and help them reach their weight loss goals more easily.
When should I take Natural Bio Burner?
During the day
To burn fat, take 3 to 4 Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner capsules first thing in the morning and again at lunchtime. Avoid consumption before exercise.
In the evening
For muscle relaxation, take 6 Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner capsules after training. For improved sleep, take 6 to 8 Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner capsules with your evening meal, or 3 to 4 capsules with your evening meal followed by another 3 to 4 capsules before bed. For some people, yerba maté can have a stimulating effect, so we recommend that you start by testing 1 capsule before bed.
How do I take Natural Bio Burner?
As with all fat burners, it's best to start slowly. Begin with 2 to 3 capsules to see how your body reacts. If all goes well, up your dose by one capsule the following day and repeat as necessary. Taking very high doses isn't beneficial. Simply stick to a moderate dose that you feel is effective.
Mixing with other Nutrimuscle products
Synergies between supplements
Taking Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner in conjunction with Carnipure carnitine is beneficial. Nutrimuscle's Natural Bio Burner mobilises fats, and Carnipure carnitine helps turn them into energy.
Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner will in no way prevent (Creapure®) creatine from taking effect. On the contrary, their effects support each other in terms of increased muscle performance and lean mass gain.
Nutrimuscle's Natural Bio Burner also improves the effectiveness of ZMB Pidolates and the stimulating and anti-fat effects of Nutrimuscle's Natural Bio Booster.
Adverse reactions between supplements
Nutrimuscle Natural Bio Burner is not to be taken at the same time as omega 3 in order to avoid preventing their respective assimilation.

Purity of raw materials guaranteed
It's rare for consumers to have access to the names of the suppliers of the raw materials that go into the supplements they consume. However, this is essential when it comes to ensuring traceability and product quality.
Guayapi uses wild plants gathered by local tribes, always respecting traditions.
Organic agriculture thus preserves the environment. Guayapi respects the quality regulations of many organic and fair-trade certification bodies. It's a far cry from industrial farming, chemical extraction, and GMOs.
- Guayapi's mate is originally from Paraguay, the country from which it takes its scientific name (Ilex Paraguariensis).
- Guayapi's green tea is organically grown. The leaves of this special variety of green tea (Ceylon: Ceylon Cha) are picked from small gardens in Sri Lanka. Moreover, the leaves are not fermented, they are simply steamed and rolled on mats.
Raw materials selected with the greatest care
Green tea and mate are sold by many competing brands and it is rare to find these organic quality plants. This is the case with the Natural Bio Booster Nutrimuscle. What makes the difference between the various forms of green tea and maté is not the caffeine content, it is the polyphenols (catechins, epicatechins) and the tannins. With fast and inexpensive means of extraction, we destroy a large part of these active ingredients (1).
The secret to obtaining extracts of mate and green tea rich in polyphenols lies essentially in the method of drying (1). By avoiding high temperatures or roasting, all the active molecules are better preserved. Medical research has shown that carefully extracted mate is twice as effective against fat as the commonly found commercial mate (2).
In addition, it is important to use organic raw materials, especially when consuming the leaves, as is the case with green tea and mate. Indeed, if, during cultivation, we spray pesticides on these leaves, you will mechanically find traces of them in your supplements (3).
Benefits of the Natural Bio Burner in more detail
The Natural Bio Burner Nutrimuscle can be used to meet 4 distinct objectives:
- Increase energy expenditure, moderate appetite and fight fatigue during a low calorie diet while accelerating the destruction of fat;
- Prevent fat gain at the end of a diet or when gaining muscle mass;
- Promote muscle relaxation, therefore recovery;
- Help to sleep better by falling asleep faster, a shorter sleep, but more regenerative.
Recovery assistance
Mate helps muscle relaxation, and therefore recovery. Because of the very temporary decrease in muscle tone induced by mate, it is preferable not to use it before training. On the contrary, taken after exercise, mate promotes muscle relaxation and accelerates the return to calm.
Indeed, it is useless for the muscles to remain "tense" during the day and even less at night. It is just during training that the muscles should reach their peak of tone, neither before nor after. A muscle that remains spasmed after exercise will not be able to recover both in terms of its fibers and its nerve controls. By promoting relaxation, mate accelerates both muscle and nerve recovery.
Synergy green tea and yerba mate
The Natural Bio Burner combines the benefits of anti-cancer and slimming green tea and yerba mate, for improved recovery after exercise and better sleep.
For more details on the specific benefits of green tea and yerba mate, you can consult the Find out more section of the dedicated product sheets.
Caffeine helps to improve physical endurance, alertness and concentration.
Natural Bio Booster and Natural Bio Burner: what are the differences?
In order to dry more quickly, you can use the Natural Bio Booster Nutrimuscle during the day and the Natural Bio Booster Nutrimuscle, or even at night. Thus, your metabolism and therefore your energy consumption, particularly in the form of fat molecules, will be increased 24 hours a day instead of just 12 hours a day.
In this, the Natural Bio Booster Nutrimuscle can be seen as a day formula for weight loss and the Natural Bio Burner Nutrimuscle, a night formula for weight loss. In general, the heavy use of fat burner prevents sleep and attacks the cardiovascular system, which results in palpitations. These are not side effects that you will find with the Natural Bio Burner Nutrimuscle and Natural Bio Booster Nutrimuscle alternation.
