What is egg white protein?

  • The egg is an integral part of the sports diet due to its protein content. There is still debate about egg yolk: it contains too much cholesterol and is harmful to heart health. Consuming exclusively egg white helps eliminate the fats present in the yolk. The egg white aminogram is closest to that of a human being and adapts to all sporting objectives. Nutrimuscle egg white protein is obtained from a low temperature filtration process followed by pasteurization in a hot room. It does not contain GMOs, aspartame, carboxymethylcellulose and has not undergone any treatment with ionizing radiation. It is a protein low in carbohydrates and lipids. It is suitable for athletes and sedentary people as well as people who cannot tolerate milk or milk proteins.

When and how to take your egg white protein?

  • We recommend diluting 40 g (the equivalent of 3 scoops) of Nutrimuscle egg white protein powder in 25 cl of temperate mineral water or milk, up to 3 times a day. We do not recommend diluting Nutrimuscle egg white protein with tap water, as this contains traces of chlorine, it would destroy some of the Bacillus coagulans GanedenBC30® bacteria.
