        What is drying?

        • Drying is a bodybuilding method which consists of losing weight while maintaining muscle mass. Its aim is to burn accumulated fat and allows the body to reveal the muscles gained during mass gain. Cutting, unlike weight loss, focuses on eliminating fat mass from the body to keep only the muscles. Drying out the body without causing muscle wasting can be difficult, so following a program tailored to this goal is essential.

        How to successfully dry your hair?

        • The first step to losing weight effectively is to reduce your daily calorie intake. This imbalance action pushes the body to draw on your nutritional reserves. However, it is important not to suddenly underfeed yourself. To preserve your muscle mass, it is recommended, for example, not to reduce your protein intake too much. In addition, foods rich in protein are those that burn the most fat and are therefore effective for your weight loss. Intakes of starchy foods such as rice, pasta and bread should then be reduced and those of proteins, fibers and good fats should be increased.
        • The cutting period is accompanied by a period of intense bodybuilding.
