It is important to take your L-Carnitine Carnipure® while its insulin level is high, that is to say at meals (19-20). During training
A bodybuilding session increases the muscular absorption of carnitine from 40 to 70 % compared to normal (18). Muscle contractions facilitate the transport of carnitine within cells.
