Recette : Assiette de rentrée sportive

📝 Ingredients for one part:

  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp old-fashioned mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt and oregano
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 70g quinoa
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 avocado

🥄 Preparation:

1- Boil the quinoa in boiling salted water.

2- Mix the olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and oregano.

3- Cook the chicken fillet on a hot pan, brushing regularly with sauce.

4- Serve with quinoa, spinach leaves, red onions, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
