📝 Ingredients for one part:
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp old-fashioned mustard
- 1 pinch of salt and oregano
- 1 tsp of honey
- 70g quinoa
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 avocado
1- Boil the quinoa in boiling salted water.
2- Mix the olive oil, mustard, honey, salt and oregano.
3- Cook the chicken fillet on a hot pan, brushing regularly with sauce.
4- Serve with quinoa, spinach leaves, red onions, avocado and cherry tomatoes.
