Take one scoop (850mg of choline) or 6 capsules of Nutrimuscle L-bitartrate choline with meals.
Research recommends supplementing with about 2 g of choline per day for an athlete weighing 80 kg. This intake should be adjusted according to your diet.
Since choline is mainly present in animal products such as meat or eggs, the fewer animal products you consume, the more choline you need.
Description
Dosage
What is Choline L-Bitartrate?
Choline is essential for good health. It is linked to the B-group vitamins as a nitrogen alcohol molecule and plays an essential role in neurotransmission and cell membrane synthesis (1).
In view of these operating processes, it has a very important function in the athlete's recovery.
What are the benefits of Choline L-Bitartrate?
An essential neurotransmitter
Choline is a direct precursor of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that determines the force of muscle contraction; it increases the efficiency of muscle movements.
Liver protection
Choline is important for the liver: choline deficiency quickly leads to a deterioration in liver functioning.
Delayed fatigue
Choline supplementation makes it possible to prevent its decline and thus delay the onset of fatigue and catabolism during training.
Effects of choline on weight loss
Choline also aids fat loss and has an antioxidant effect. Daily choline consumption accelerates weight loss by doubling the rate of fat loss.

Usage tips
Who is Nutrimuscle L-bitartrate choline for?
Nutrimuscle L-bitartrate choline is for:
- Athletes, to optimise muscular and neural recovery.
1. Choline regulates homocysteine metabolism and lipid metabolism.
2. Choline is involved in the maintenance of normal liver function.
When should I take Nutrimuscle L-bitartrate choline?
Consuming Choline results in a lasting rise in its level in your blood for about 12 hours.
Taking Choline twice a day is optimal: once in the morning and again in the evening (with meals) to ensure a constant rise in your blood choline levels.
How should I take Nutrimuscle L-Bitartrate Choline?
It may be best to opt for a short treatment plan. If your sports practice is intermittent, you should only take it during intense activity periods, meaning that you'll need to stop taking it when you stop training. This is the case, for example, with seasonal sports such as skiing.
On the contrary, if you are constantly practising an intense sport such as weight training, as your needs are continually high, we recommend continuous consumption.
Interactions with other Nutrimuscle products
Synergies between supplements
As choline plays an essential role in neurotransmission as well as in the synthesis of cell membranes, there is a noted synergy between Nutrimuscle's choline and Creatine.
These two supplements go hand in hand because choline improves carnitine retention while promoting cell integration. A synergy is thus created between these two complementary supplements (2).
Choline also helps with weight loss. There is a good synergy between Nutrimuscle's L-Carnitine and Nutrimuscle's Fat Burner, which maximises the effects of choline on fat loss.
Adverse reactions between supplements
No known adverse reactions.
