The day I started bodybuilding, I knew it would never leave me. And there was no shortage of it, almost 12 years later my passion has only grown, which led me to want to share it on the networks. Today I am a content creator but not only that, I also create weight machines and more recently my own gym! 💪
So, I organized my life around my passion and I tried to optimize my diet to do this, I started consuming food supplements.
Until I was 17, I had no goals in life, which resulted in poor physical and mental fitness, and then a person I highly respected introduced me to bodybuilding💪.
Crowned world champion in calisthenics or “Endurance legend” in 2019 🏆, @flomarrec decided to join the Nutrimuscle athletic team to support him in his daily life. 💪
Passionate about Cross training and twice vice world champion in 2021 and 2022, on her way to a third title, @shana.cssrd has decided to join the Nutrimuscle team of athletes to support her on a daily basis.💪
