4 slices of salmon or smoked trout
3 tsp light cream cheese
A few sprigs of dill
1- Arrange the smoked salmon slices on cling film.
2- Spread the cream cheese, add the slices of avocado, the slices of cucumber, and the sprigs of dill.
3- Roll up in the shape of a sausage using cling film.
4- Unroll and cut the salmon rolls.
