Our protein pancake recipe
📝 Ingredients for 6 pancakes
- 6 pods of Protein Pancake Mix
- 180ml of milk (here skimmed)
- Some fruit
- 20g of Peanut Butter
🥄 Preparation
1- Mix the protein pancake mix with the milk until it forms a homogeneous dough.
2- Pour a little batter onto a hot pan. Flip the pancakes when bubbles form.
3- Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.
4- Add a nice spoonful of peanut butter and some fruit to your pancake tower.
