📖 Ingredients for 4 pancakes:
50g barley flakes
50g light feta
A few sprigs of chopped parsley
1 tsp tomato puree
1/2 chili flakes
1 pinch of salt
1- Mix all the ingredients until they form a homogeneous whole.
2- Form 4 patties by depositing a tablespoon of batter in a frying pan beforehand
3- Slightly flatten the top and cook for 2 minutes on each side over low heat.
