Our recipe for sweet potato pancakes with Milk & Egg
📝 Ingredients
• 200g sweet potato
• 40g Nutrimuscle barley powder
• 30g of Milk and Egg Nutrimuscle
• 2 shallots
• A few sprigs of parsley and chives
• Garlic powder
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil for cooking
🥄 Preparation
1- Finely grate the sweet potato, slice the shallot, chives and parsley.
2- Add the barley powder, Milk and Egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3- Add the eggs and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
4- Preheat a pan with a drizzle of oil. Absorb excess with a paper towel.
5- Place a tablespoon of dough in the pan, flatten the top and cook for 1 minute on each side.
