Our recipe for sweet potato pancakes with Milk & Egg

📝 Ingredients

• 200g sweet potato⁣
• 40g Nutrimuscle barley powder⁣
• 30g of Milk and Egg Nutrimuscle⁣
• 2 shallots⁣
• A few sprigs of parsley and chives⁣
• Garlic powder⁣
• Salt and pepper⁣
• Olive oil for cooking⁣

🥄 Preparation

1- Finely grate the sweet potato, slice the shallot, chives and parsley.⁣
2- Add the barley powder, Milk and Egg, salt, pepper and garlic powder.⁣
3- Add the eggs and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
4- Preheat a pan with a drizzle of oil. Absorb excess with a paper towel.
5- Place a tablespoon of dough in the pan, flatten the top and cook for 1 minute on each side.
