- 500ml milk of your choice (here skimmed)
- 50g cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 2 dispensers of Vanilla Nutriaroma
1- Whisk together the eggs and the nutri aroma. Add the cornstarch and mix.
2- Bring the milk to a boil and pour in the egg/cornflour mixture. Allow to thicken while continuing to
stir over low heat.
3- Pour the batter into a mold and bake for 40min at 180°C.
4- Leave to cool for at least 3 hours in the fridge before unmolding.
