You are looking for a boost in your energy and concentration:
Supplements containing natural stimulants are a good choice to give you a boost at the beginning of your training. These boosters will provide you with the energy and concentration necessary for the proper execution of your exercises.
Caffeine is the ideal booster thanks to its powerful effects on physical and cerebral performance. Caffeine stimulates concentration and reduces the perception of effort. It is preferable to turn to a caffeine-based booster. Indeed, it does not cause unpleasant palpitation effects, unlike synthetic caffeine.
- Green Caffeine Bio Booster: this booster is organic unroasted green coffee rich in natural caffeine (around 45%). Its benefits for you: reduction of the perception of effort and pain and improvement of the level of concentration.
