Our ghee butter or clarified butter is a healthy and pure fat. It is rich in medium-chain fatty acids (MCTs), which come from 100% organic cow's milk butter.
Our ghee butter is an excellent source of essential and saturated fatty acids (62.5%) as well as Omega-3 and Omega-9. Thanks to its high fat content, ghee butter contributes to the body's energy metabolism. The fat also contains vitamins A, D, E and K. Vitamin E has antioxidant properties that protect the cells against free radicals.
Our Organic Ghee Butter can withstand high cooking temperatures: its smoke point is 250°C. This is why it can be used as a stable fat, replacing traditional oils and butters, which can burn quickly during cooking. It can therefore be used in cooking (eggs, pancakes, meat, vegetables) and frying.
