Our snack recipe: peanut butter, pecan, caramel
🥄 Ingredients for 5 cups:
🍯 For the date caramel:
8 medjool dates
80g melted chocolate
1 pinch of fleur de sel
1- In a bowl, cover the dates with boiling water and let sit for 15 minutes.
2- Meanwhile, mix together the oatmeal, pecans, peanut butter and agave syrup.
3- Form the cups by filling a muffin mold, packing the dough well. Go up well on the edges. Freeze for 15min.
4- Drain the dates and blend them until you obtain a creamy texture.
5- Place 1 tsp of date caramel in the center and cover with melted chocolate.
6- Add a little fleur de sel and leave to set in the refrigerator.
