Our shortbread recipe
📝 Ingredients for 10 shortbreads:
- 130g Nutrimuscle powdered oats
- 100g Nutrimuscle almond butter
- 1 tsp fresh or dehydrated lemon zest
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 60g of honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of icing sugar
1- Mix the powdered oats, yeast, salt and lemon zest.
2- Add the almond butter, honey and egg. Mix well until a homogeneous paste forms.
3- Form a ball, cover with cling film and reserve for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4- Preheat the oven to 180°C
5- Roll out the dough and form the shortbread using a cookie cutter.
6- Place the shortbread on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.
7- Leave to cool completely and sprinkle with icing sugar.
