Discover our delicious Pumpkin spice protein latte recipe!
📝 Ingredients for 1 person:
- 200 ml of milk of your choice
- 1 cold espresso
- 100 g of squash puree (pumpkin or pumpkin)
- 40 g native whey isolate pumpkin spice latte flavor
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Training:
- Ice cubes
- A little whipped cream
🥄 Preparation:
1 - Prepare the express squash puree: cut the squash into cubes, place it in a bowl, add 3 tbsp of water and place in the microwave for 3 minutes. Mash it with a fork and let cool.
2 -Pour all the ingredients into a blender and mix until everything is smooth.
3 - Pour into a large glass filled with ice cubes, add the whipped cream and a little cinnamon.
