Recette : Protein balls

📝 Ingredients for one part:

  • 60g oat flakes
  • 60g of native whey chocolate-cookie flavor (or other)
  • 100g almond butter
  • 30g chocolate chips
  • A little water or milk (optional)


🥄 Preparation:

1- Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous paste forms. If it is too crumbly, add 1 to 2 tbsp of water or milk.

2- Form the protein balls by rolling the dough between your hands.

3- Enjoy immediately or reserve in the fridge.
