- 50g @nutrimuscle rice cream
- 30g vanilla whey
- 200ml of milk of your choice (or more depending on the desired texture)
- Toppings of your choice (red fruits, oleaginous butters etc).
1- In a bowl, mix the cream of rice and the whey.
2- Gradually pour in the milk (cold or hot) while mixing with a whisk.
3- Add the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
