Our protein muffin recipe
Recipe for 4 muffins:
▪ 100g Nutrimuscle powdered oats
▪ 50g of Protimuscle vanilla
▪ 40g of honey
▪ 100g of skyr or 0% white cheese
▪ 2 eggs
▪ 60g raspberries
▪ 25g chopped pistachios
▪ 1/2 sachet of baking powder
▪ 80ml of water
▪ Coconut oil for the mold
1) Preheat the oven to 180 •C
2) Mix the oats, Protimuscle, and yeast.
3) Then add 2/3 of the chopped pistachio (reserve the rest for the top), honey, skyr, eggs and water.
4) Mix until a homogeneous paste forms.
5) Lightly oil a muffin mold and fill them halfway with batter.
6) Add the raspberries and cover again with dough.
7) To finish, add a few raspberries and the rest of the pistachios.
8) Bake for 20 min at 180 •C
