Our recipe for chocolate mousse with micellar casein isolate
- 40g of Nutrimuscle micellar casein isolate
- 3 to 4 doses of Nutrioma chocolate Nutrimuscle (failing this, 15g of unsweetened cocoa + sweetener)
- 3 egg whites
- 150ml of milk
- Optional: chocolate shavings
1) Beat the eggs until stiff and set aside.
2) Mix the casein isolate with the chocolate flavor and milk.
3) Incorporate the egg whites into the casein in 2 or 3 batches, mixing gently
4) Reserve 1 hour in the refrigerator, sprinkle with chocolate shavings if you wish and enjoy!
