Our casein ice cream recipe
For 4 sticks:
▪ 400g of 5% Greek yogurt
▪ 50g of micellar casein mango flavor
▪ 20g agave syrup
▪ The juice of 2 limes
▪ 30g frozen raspberries
🥄 Preparation1- Mix all the ingredients (except raspberries) until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
2- Roughly chop the raspberries and place them at the bottom of a sorbet mold (or failing that, in a rectangle mold covered with baking paper).
3- Fill the molds with the mixture, add the wooden sticks and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
4- Unmold the ice creams or cut them with a knife if you used a rectangle mold.
