📝 Ingredients for one part:
- 125g ground beef 5% mg
- 10 sprigs of parsley
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of water
- 1 tsp cornflower
- Garlic and ginger
1- Mix the ground beef with the mint and chopped parsley.
2- Add the garlic, ginger, chili flakes and soy sauce.
3- Mix everything and form balls.
4- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
5- Over medium heat, cook the meatballs for 4 minutes on each side.
6- Pour the sauce over the meatballs, continue cooking, stirring until the
meatballs absorb the sauce.
7- Serve with basmati rice, spring onions and chili puree.
