📝 Ingredients:
- 50g of powdered oat flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g skyr
- 2 eggs
- Toppings of your choice: here banana, pecans and maple syrup
🥄 Preparation:
1- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you obtain a smooth paste.
2- Cook the pancakes on a hot pan, about 1 minute on each side.
3- Place the pancakes on a plate and add your toppings.
