📝 Ingredients for 1 porridge:
- 200g flour
- 50g of native whey cappuccino
- 60g coconut sugar
- 120g melted ghee
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 150ml of milk
- 1 cold espresso
- 1 egg
- Chocolate chips
🥄 Preparation:
1- In a salad bowl, mix the flour, yeast and native whey cappuccino.
2- In another bowl, mix the coconut sugar, melted ghee, milk, and egg.
3- Mix the two preparations.
4- Pour the batter into a muffin pan or paper cases and bake for 20 minutes at
180°C.
