đ Ingredients for 5 muffins:â
- 100g flourâ
- 100g of @nutrimuscle spread â
- 1 tsp baking powderâ
- 2 ripe bananasâ
- 1 eggâ
- A few hazelnutsâ

đ„Steps:â
1- Mash the bananas into a puree, add the spread and the egg.â
2- Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.â
3- Pour the batter into a muffin tin, add a few coarsely chopped hazelnuts onâ
top and bake for 20min at 180°C.â
4- Leave to cool before unmolding and enjoy!â
