Recipe: pancakes with sweet potato flour

Sweet Potato Flour Protein Pancake Recipe

Ingredients (for 5 pancakes)

• 40g Nutrimuscle egg white powder

• 75g Nutrimuscle organic white sweet potato flour

• 1 whole egg

• 230ml milk of choice (cow's milk or plant-based milk)

 

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the egg, then gradually add the plant-based milk while mixing. You should get a smooth batter.⠀

2. On a crepe pan, with a knob of butter (or other fat of your choice), spread a ladleful of batter. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute on each side.

3. To keep them soft, cover the pancakes with a clean cloth while waiting to serve.

4. Enjoy!

Here with toppings: 2 squares of melted dark chocolate and strawberries for a little extra indulgence.
