📝 Ingredients for 20 cookies:
120g rolled oats
120g coconut sugar
80g melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
100g dark chocolate for the glaze
1- Coarsely mix the oat flakes and mix them with the flour, baking powder, caster sugar
coconut, and salt.
2- Add vanilla, coconut oil and egg. Mix until you get a smooth paste.
3- Place small piles of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12
min at 180°C.
4- Allow to cool completely before handling.
5- Dip the surface of the cookies in the melted chocolate and let set before eating.
