📝 Ingredients for 20 cookies:⁠
120g rolled oats⁠
120g coconut sugar⁠
70g flour⁠
80g melted coconut oil⁠
1/2 tsp baking powder⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
1 pinch of salt⁠
1 egg⁠
100g dark chocolate for the glaze⁠
đŸ„„ Steps:⁠
1- Coarsely mix the oat flakes and mix them with the flour, baking powder, caster sugar⁠
coconut, and salt.⁠
2- Add vanilla, coconut oil and egg. Mix until you get a smooth paste.⁠
3- Place small piles of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12⁠
min at 180°C.⁠
4- Allow to cool completely before handling.⁠
5- Dip the surface of the cookies in the melted chocolate and let set before eating.⁠
