đ Ingredients for 20 cookies:â

120g rolled oatsâ
120g coconut sugarâ
70g flourâ
80g melted coconut oilâ
1/2 tsp baking powderâ
1 tsp vanilla extractâ
1 pinch of saltâ
1 eggâ
100g dark chocolate for the glazeâ

đ„ Steps:â
1- Coarsely mix the oat flakes and mix them with the flour, baking powder, caster sugarâ
coconut, and salt.â
2- Add vanilla, coconut oil and egg. Mix until you get a smooth paste.â
3- Place small piles of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12â
min at 180°C.â
4- Allow to cool completely before handling.â
5- Dip the surface of the cookies in the melted chocolate and let set before eating.â
