Recipe: sweet potato pizza
Our sweet potato pizza recipe
đ Ingredients
đ The dough:
âȘ 100g of Nutrimuscle powdered sweet potato
âȘ 100g of semi-wholemeal flour
âȘ 1/2 tsp of salt
âȘ 1 tbsp of olive oil
âȘ 150ml of water
âȘ 1/2 sachet of dry baker's yeast
đ Toppings:
âȘ 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
âȘ 60g of Grisons meat
âȘ 30g of mushrooms
âȘ 120g of mozzarella
âȘ 40g of sundried tomatoes
âȘ 30g cherry tomatoes
âȘ 10g black olives
âȘ Basil leaves
đ„ Preparation
1- Dilute the yeast in water.
2- Mix the sweet potato powder with the semi-wholemeal flour, salt, and olive oil.
3- Gradually add the water / yeast mixture and knead by hand until you get a soft dough.
4- Form a ball, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
5- Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
6- Spread out the tomato sauce, add the Grisons meat cut into strips, the mushrooms, the mozzarella, the sundried tomatoes, the cherry tomatoes, and the black olives.
7- Bake for 20min at 220 âą C
8- Add a few basil leaves and enjoy!
