Recipe: sweet potato pizza

Our sweet potato pizza recipe

📝 Ingredients

🍕 The dough:
â–Ș 100g of Nutrimuscle powdered sweet potato
â–Ș 100g of semi-wholemeal flour
â–Ș 1/2 tsp of salt
â–Ș 1 tbsp of olive oil
â–Ș 150ml of water
â–Ș 1/2 sachet of dry baker's yeast

🍕 Toppings:
â–Ș 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
â–Ș 60g of Grisons meat
â–Ș 30g of mushrooms
â–Ș 120g of mozzarella
â–Ș 40g of sundried tomatoes
â–Ș 30g cherry tomatoes
â–Ș 10g black olives
â–Ș Basil leaves

đŸ„„ Preparation

1- Dilute the yeast in water.
2- Mix the sweet potato powder with the semi-wholemeal flour, salt, and olive oil.
3- Gradually add the water / yeast mixture and knead by hand until you get a soft dough.
4- Form a ball, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
5- Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
6- Spread out the tomato sauce, add the Grisons meat cut into strips, the mushrooms, the mozzarella, the sundried tomatoes, the cherry tomatoes, and the black olives.
7- Bake for 20min at 220 ‱ C
8- Add a few basil leaves and enjoy!
