Our Sweet Potato and Protimuscle Native Whey Carrot Cake Recipe
📝 Ingredients (for 6 servings):
▪️ 100g of sweet potato flour⠀
▪️ 1 carrot (~100g)
▪️ 35g of Protimuscle Native Whey Vanilla
▪️ 2 tsp cornstarch
▪️ 1 tsp ground cinnamon
▪️ 3 eggs
▪️ 1 tbsp maple syrup
▪️ 3 tbsp almond milk
▪️ 1 sachet baking powder⠀
▪️ 10g pecan nuts ⠀
⠀
Icing:
▪️ 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt
▪️ 15g of Protimuscle Native Whey Vanilla
▪️ 10g pecan nuts
🥄 Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Finely grate the carrot and chop the pecans.
3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except for the icing) then incorporate the carrot and pecans.
4. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 25 min. ⠀
5. Let cool. While cooling, mix the Greek yogurt and Protimuscle Native Whey. ⠀
6. Spread the icing on the cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.⠀
