Our recipe for Carrot Cake with sweet potato and Protimuscle
📝 Ingredients (for 6 servings)⠀
▪️ 100g sweet potato flour ⠀▪️ 1 carrot (~100g)
▪️ 35g of Protimuscle Vanilla
▪️ 2 tsp cornstarch
▪️ 1 tsp cinnamon powder
▪️ 3 eggs
▪️ 1 tbsp maple syrup
▪️ 3 tbsp almond milk
▪️ 1 sachet of baking powder⠀
▪️ 10g pecans ⠀
⠀
Frosting:
▪️ 100g of 0% fromage blanc
▪️ 15g of Protimuscle Vanilla
▪️ 10g of pecan nuts
🥄 Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180•C2. Finely grate the carrot and chop the pecans.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the icing) then add the carrot and pecans.
4. Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 25 minutes. ⠀
5. Let cool. Meanwhile, mix the fromage blanc and the Protimuscle. ⠀
6. Spread the frosting on the cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.⠀
