Description

Dosage

Dilute 40 g (3 scoops) in milk or room-temperature mineral water 3 times a day.

If you're also taking Bacillus Coagulans, avoid diluting Nutrimuscle organic native whey in chlorinated water such as tap water, as this will kill some of the bacteria in GanedenBC30® Bacillus Coagulans.

What is Organic Native Whey?

Whey is a protein derived from organic cow's milk. Breast milk is more than 90% whey, rich in bioactive elements, which would make it the ideal ally for athletes looking to develop their muscle mass.
You can find this unique anabolic power in Nutrimuscle organic native whey.

What are the benefits of Organic Native Whey?

Increased muscular stimulation

This richness in bioactive elements results in increased muscular stimulation that can be felt quickly after consumption (better congestion, improved muscle-brain connection, etc).

Easy on the stomach

Despite its lactose content, Nutrimuscle organic native whey does not cause digestive problems for most consumers. This good level of tolerance is due to the unique quality of the protein extraction method.

Appetite-suppressant effect

With high doses, compared to a conventional whey, you're likely to consume about 20% fewer calories thanks to the appetite-suppressant effect.

Organic native whey and Bacillus Coagulans

Nutrimuscle organic native whey is available with GanedenBC30® Bacillus Coagulans. This increases the assimilation of amino acids, optimises your health, and fights against digestive issues (such as bloating) that may arise as a result of a high calorie intake or a diet, both of which are particularly rich in protein.

Proteins contribute to the development and maintenance of muscle mass.

Nutrimuscle organic native whey

Nutrimuscle organic native whey is made from organic milk proteins and not from cheese proteins derived from milk, as it is almost always the case with other whey.
More expensive, whey of dairy and organic origin has the advantage of not having been denatured during its extraction in addition to being obtained from cows with a 100% organic and controlled diet.

This is the reason why dairy bio-active whey is the protein that replaces breast milk, because, thanks to its richness in bio-active ingredients, it will perfectly ensure the growth of infants.
Most of the whey qualified as “bio-active” are poor in growth factors, because they come from a process of extracting waste from cheese production which destroys myogenic factors.

When disposing of waste, there is no reason to do it in a delicate way. Worse, with the advent of organic, many companies do not hesitate to market "organic whey" by hiding the fact that they come from the cheese industry.

Nutrimuscle innovates by offering the first certified organic native whey with full traceability.

Usage tips

Who is Nutrimuscle bioactive whey for?

Native whey is for:

  • Athletes, for a high-quality protein supply and increased muscle mass
  • Inactive people, for its appetite-suppressant effect
  • People who consume little protein in their diet

When should I take Nutrimuscle organic native whey?

As it is perfectly soluble in stomach acid, Nutrimuscle organic native whey protein is very quickly digested. Nutrimuscle organic whey thus takes effect very quickly after consumption:

  • Within 15 minutes, the amino acids of the bioactive concentrate are assimilated
  • For more than 2 hours, your blood amino acid level remains high
  • three hours after consumption, it's time to top up on Nutrimuscle organic native whey or to eat a protein-rich meal.

First thing in the morning
First thing in the morning, take 20 to 40 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey to quickly put an end to the catabolism induced by night-time fasting (1). You'll need a high dose of protein to fill your empty stomach first thing in the morning, because at this time your digestive system takes a lot of the protein from that first meal. Upping your intake ensures that your muscles also receive all the protein they need (4).
This anabolically disastrous situation explains why simply eating protein in the morning almost triples the magnitude of anabolism (5).
Between meals
Between main meals, 10 g to 20 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey protein will give you an immediate anabolic boost.
In the evening
To limit nocturnal catabolism, take 20 g of Nutrimuscle native whey protein just before bed to replace this catabolic effect with powerful anabolism.
Before a training session
Taking 20 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey protein one hour before a training session prepares your muscles for exertion.
During your workout
To fight against catabolism and muscle fatigue, drink 10 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey protein every 30 minutes during your session.
After a training session
Take 30 to 60 g of Nutrimuscle organic native whey protein immediately after exercise to optimise your anabolic response.

How do I take Nutrimuscle organic native whey?

Nutrimuscle organic native whey is flavourless, but has a natural, slightly milky taste. It can be consumed as is or sweetened with Nutrimuscle stevia

You can also enhance the taste by adding cocoa, coffee, tea, a syrup of your choice, a strawberry, a mint leaf, or add it to a fruity shake with one of our delicious Nutriflavor.

How do I prepare and consume my proteins?
Gas generated by the consumption of protein powder does not come from the protein itself. It mainly comes from the temperature of the liquid in which it is diluted. Cold liquid, which is often too cold, consumed several times a day in high quantities (1.5 to 2 litres) creates a thermal shock in the digestive system, causing bloating, gas, or even a case of the runs if you're very sensitive.

Nutrimuscle recommends consuming its protein products in a room-temperature liquid: prepare your protein in the morning in a bottle and then consume throughout the day. This way, you have a smooth, even mixture, because the bubbles have evaporated. So, say goodbye to burps! What's more, the ambient temperature of the contents will not disturb your digestion, so gas is also a thing of the past.

Organic native whey: a mixture to be prepared with care
As it has not undergone a chemical process and is made of native proteins, Nutrimuscle organic native whey should not be shaken for a long time once in water or milk, otherwise a lot of foam will be produced.

Using a blender (the metal blades destroy the growth elements naturally present in milk) is not recommended: it will reduce the anabolic impact of Nutrimuscle's organic native whey.

Instead, we recommend mixing with a fork, or very gently with a whisk. If you don't like the slightly pasty texture, let it sit for a minute so that the protein dissolves completely on its own in the liquid.

Interactions with other Nutrimuscle products

Protein and BCAAs
This study (7) sheds new light on which BCAAs you should take with your protein. Nutrimuscle BCAAs come in two different forms:

Compared to casein, Nutrimuscle organic native whey results in a less significant rise in valine. In order to optimise anabolism, we therefore recommend combining it with BCAA 2.1.2 Resistance, which is richer in valine. It would be less advisable to do the opposite, which would further unbalance the aminogram instead of rebalancing it to make it more conducive to anabolism.

Synergies between supplements
Nutrimuscle organic native whey improves the assimilation of biotics, carnitine, and creatine.
Adverse reactions between supplements
To avoid bloating, Nutrimuscle organic native whey is not to be taken at the same time as potassium bicarbonate.

Purity of raw materials guaranteed

It's rare for consumers to have access to the names of the suppliers of the raw materials that go into the supplements they consume. However, this is essential to ensuring product traceability.

At Nutrimuscle, we only use top-of-the-range protein, the quality of which is guaranteed by global leaders: Prolactal produces Nutrimuscle organic native whey at its ISO14001- and OHSAS18001-certified factory in Austria.

What matters most to us is the quality of the raw materials, your health, and the results you achieve using our nutritional supplements. This quality is essential for proteins such as Nutrimuscle organic native whey, which is intended for frequent consumption (every day or even several times a day) in large quantities.

Origin and control of milk

The organic milk comes from Austrian grazing cows, raised according to strict German-Austrian organic specifications. This milk is microfiltered directly after harvest to make the native organic Nutrimuscle whey.

Unlike most so-called “organic” whey on the market, Nutrimuscle organic native whey does not go through the “cheese” box before being microfiltered. It is the only true organic dairy and bio-active whey available on the European market.

No GMP
Classic whey are rich in GMP (glycomacropeptides): they contain around 20%. The native organic Nutrimuscle whey does not contain GMP. The presence of GMP in a protein (organic or not) testifies to the denaturations that the amino acids underwent during the making of the cheese.

As their name suggests, GMPs are an agglomeration of sugars (up to 30%) and amino acids (up to 70%). Their aminogram is not very conducive to muscle growth, because they are poor in essential amino acids (and therefore rich in non-essential amino acids, amino acids having no anabolic impact). Being devoid of any GMP, the native organic Nutrimuscle whey therefore has an aminogram more conducive to muscle growth.

Like breast milk, Nutrimuscle organic native whey is naturally rich in alpha-lactalbumin. A 10% improvement in nitrogen retention (reflecting better muscle protein synthesis) is noted between a whey rich in alpha-lactalbumin low in GMP and a classic whey rich in GMP and beta-lactalbumin (3) . It was once thought that the benefit of GMPs was to reduce appetite thanks to their stimulating effect on appetite suppressant hormones. Unfortunately, this is not the case, which means that GMPs have no interest, neither for muscle gain nor for fat loss (4-5). They therefore constitute an unnecessary dead weight for the athlete. This is why the native organic Nutrimuscle whey is GMP-free with organic milk filtration without going through the cheese box.

No chemical or genetic manipulation
A simple chemical manipulation (known as “instantaneousization”) transforms poor quality, completely insoluble proteins into proteins that melt in water. At Nutrimuscle, we prefer to use quality proteins in order to avoid chemical processes. Nutrimuscle organic native whey is “non-instant”. Therefore, it does not contain transgenic soy lecithin (GMO) or carboxymethylcellulose and has not undergone ionizing radiation treatments.

Why is a lot of protein processed by calf rennet?
This manipulation occurs during the manufacture of the cheese. Rennet is essential for altering the molecular structure of milk proteins so that they become cheese. Technically, rennet is said to be used to flocculate the casein part of milk. The whey sellers then recover the waste that results from this chemical manipulation: the cheese whey derived from milk. The latter is therefore contaminated by calf rennet while its amino acids have been degraded during the reaction of transformation of milk into cheese.

At Nutrimuscle, we only use noble material for our whey and organic whey. They come directly from milk and not from cheese waste. Thus, the native organic Nutrimuscle whey is therefore not treated with calf abomasum rennet. The integrity and the quality of the amino acids are therefore not altered and no animal residue foreign to the milk is present. Nutrimuscle organic native whey is therefore a protein that is ideal for vegetarians who want to supplement with organic whey.

Benefits of organic native whey: all you need to know

Increased muscle sensations
This richness in bio-active principles results in increased muscular sensations that one feels very quickly (better congestion, improvement of the muscle-brain connection, etc.).

Another advantage: despite its lactose content, native organic whey does not cause digestive problems for most users. This good tolerance is explained by the unique quality of the protein extraction (6).

Young men were given 15 g of whey on an empty stomach or after a weight training session (4). On an empty stomach, taking whey increases the rate of muscle protein synthesis (anabolism) by 0.016% per hour. When whey is used right after training, its anabolic impact more than doubles with an anabolism rise of 0.041% per hour. This study shows that the increase in muscle sensitivity to whey anabolism lasts for more than 24 hours after training.

Appetite suppressant effect
Nutrimuscle organic native whey protein is very suitable for the diet. It will help you prevent muscle wasting while reducing your appetite. In high doses, compared to a classic whey, it allows a voluntary reduction in energy intake of about 20% thanks to its appetite suppressant action (2).

Healthy digestive system by taking Bacillus Coagulens
The goal of taking Bacillus Coagulans GanedenBC30® is to:

  • Increase the assimilation of amino acids, in particular for key amino acids for anabolism such as leucine and especially glutamine, which it is very difficult to assimilate correctly.
  • Optimize health: the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria in the digestive system generates a large number of toxic substances. By fighting against these bad bacteria, Bacillus Coagulans GanedenBC30® induce surprising effects against joint pain, poor sleep, etc.
  • Fight against digestive disorders such as bloating that can be felt with a high calorie diet or diet, both particularly rich in protein. At least 100 million Bacillus Coagulans spores must be used per day for effects to occur (2)
