Recipe: protein ice cream with fruits
Our casein ice cream recipe
š Ingredients
For 4 sticks:
āŖ 400g of 5% Greek yogurt
āŖ 50g of micellar casein, mango flavor
āŖ 20g of agave syrup
āŖ The juice of 2 limes
āŖ 30g frozen raspberries
š„ Preparation
1- Mix all the ingredients (except raspberries) until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
2- Roughly chop the raspberries and place them at the bottom of a sorbet mold (or, failing that, in a rectangle mold covered with baking paper).
3- Fill the molds with the mixture, add the wooden sticks and place 2 to 3 hours in the freezer.
4- Unmould the ice creams or cut them with a knife if you used a rectangle mold.
