Our protein banana bread recipe
š Ingredients
⢠60g of banana flavored whey isolate
⢠60g of powdered oats
⢠2 ripe bananas + 1 for the top
⢠25g of coconut oil
⢠50ml of milk
⢠2 eggs
⢠1 sachet of baking powder
š„ Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 180 ⢠C
2- Mash 2 bananas, add the eggs, coconut oil and milk.
3- Then add the whey isolate, oats and yeast while mixing.
4- Pour the dough into a cake mold.
5- Cut the last banana lengthwise and place it on top before baking for 20 minutes.
