Recipe: Musclewhegg donuts
Our Musclewhegg donut recipe
š Ingredients
For 6 donuts
⢠40g of powdered oats
⢠40g of almond powder
⢠40g of vanilla Musclewhegg
⢠1 tsp of baking powder
⢠100ml of milk
⢠2 eggs
⢠12ml of coconut oil
⢠10g of sweetener
For the icing:
⢠40g of skyr 0%
⢠20g of Musclewhegg
⢠2 tbsp of milk
⢠Confetti
š„ Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 180 ⢠C
2- Mix the ingredients in order (except for the icing) and pour the dough 3/4 into a donut tin and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
3- During this time, mix the skyr, the milk and the musclewhegg then reserve in the fridge.
4- When the donuts are completely cold, dip their surface in the icing and sprinkle with confetti.
