Our recipe for peanut butter and oatmeal cookies
📝 Ingredients for 7 cookies
- 100g Nutrimuscle powdered oats
- 100g Nutrimuscle peanut butter
- 50g coconut sugar
- 50g chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp of liquid vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
🥄 Preparation:
1- Mix the egg, coconut sugar, and vanilla. Add the peanut butter.
2- Pour in the powdered oats, yeast and salt. Add the chocolate chips.
3- Form the cookies on a baking tray and bake for 12 minutes at 180°C
4- Let cool before handling and enjoying!
