Our sweet potato pizza recipe
📝 Ingredients
🍕 The dough:
▪ 100g of Nutrimuscle sweet potato powder
▪ 100g of semi-wholemeal flour
▪ 1/2 tsp salt
▪ 1 tbsp olive oil
▪ 150ml of water
▪ 1/2 sachet of dry baker's yeast
🍕 Toppings:
▪ 1 tbsp tomato sauce
▪ 60g of Grisons meat
▪ 30g of mushrooms
▪ 120g mozzarella
▪ 40g of dried tomatoes
▪ 30g cherry tomatoes
▪ 10g black olives
▪ Basil leaves
🥄 Preparation
1- Dilute the yeast in the water.
2- Mix the sweet potato powder with the semi-wholemeal flour, salt, and olive oil.
3- Gradually add the water/yeast mixture and knead by hand until you obtain a soft dough.
4- Form a ball, cover and leave to rest for 1 hour.
5- Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
6- Spread the tomato sauce, add the Grisons meat cut into strips, the mushrooms, the mozzarella, the dried tomatoes, the cherry tomatoes, and the black olives.
7- Bake for 20 min at 220•C
8- Add a few basil leaves and enjoy!
