📝 Ingredients for one part:
- 4 large orange peppers
- 130g basmati rice
- 350g ground beef at 5% mg
- 500ml tomato coulis
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 sprigs of parsley
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
🥄 Preparation:
1- Melt the ghee and brown the onions and garlic, then add the ground beef. Leave to cook for a few moments.
2- Add the tomato coulis, rice, parsley, hot sauce, paprika and salt. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
3- Meanwhile, decap and empty the peppers. Draw pumpkin faces using a knife.
4- Fill the peppers with the stuffing and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
