Our recipe for Musclewhegg donuts
📝 Ingredients
For 6 donuts
• 40g powdered oats
• 40g of almond powder
• 40g vanilla Musclewhegg
• 1 tsp of baking powder
• 100ml of milk
• 2 eggs
• 12ml coconut oil
• 10g of sweetener
For the icing:
• 40g of skyr 0%
• 20g of Musclewhegg
• 2 tbsp of milk
•Confetti
🥄 Preparation
1- Preheat the oven to 180 •C
2- Mix the ingredients in order (except icing) and pour the dough 3/4 into a donut mold and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
3- Meanwhile, mix the skyr, milk and musclewhegg then set aside in the fridge.
4- When the donuts are completely cool, dip their surface in the icing and sprinkle with confetti.
