Our recipe for Carrot Cake with sweet potato and Protimuscle

📝 Ingredients (for 6 portions)⠀

▪️ 100g sweet potato flour
▪️ 1 carrot (~100g)
▪️ 35g of Protimuscle Vanilla
▪️ 2 tsp cornstarch
▪️ 1 tsp cinnamon powder
▪️ 3 eggs
▪️ 1 tbsp maple syrup
▪️ 3 tbsp of almond milk
▪️ 1 sachet of baking powder⠀
▪️ 10g pecans ⠀
⁠⠀
Icing:
▪️ 100g of 0% white cheese
▪️ 15g of Protimuscle Vanilla
▪️ 10g pecans

🥄 Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 •C
2. Finely grate the carrot and chop the pecans.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients (except icing) then add the carrot and pecans.
4. Pour the dough into a cake mold and bake for 25 minutes. ⠀
5. Leave to cool. Meanwhile, mix the fromage blanc and the Protimuscle. ⠀
6. Spread the icing on the cake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.⠀
