Recette : Sablés aux amandes

📝 Ingredients for 10 shortbread:⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
• 130g Nutrimuscle⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠ powdered oats
• 100g of Nutrimuscle⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠ almond butter
• 1 tsp fresh or dehydrated lemon zest⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
• 1 tsp baking powder⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
• a pinch of salt⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
• 60g of honey⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
• 1 egg⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
• 1 tsp icing sugar⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
🥄 Preparation⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
1- Mix the powdered oats, yeast, salt and lemon zest.⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
2- Add the almond butter, honey and egg. Mix well until a homogeneous paste is formed.⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
3- Form a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30min.⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
4- Preheat the oven to 180°C⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
5- Roll out the dough and form the shortbread using a cookie cutter.⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
6- Place the shortbread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15min.⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
7- Leave to cool completely and sprinkle with icing sugar.⁣⁠⁠⁣⁠⁠
