What the product does
What the product does
Increase in power, strength and endurance
1. By neutralizing the acid generated during intense muscle efforts, the carnosine pushes the arrival of fatigue.
2. Carnosine increases muscle contraction capacities following nerve impulses.
3. Carnosine produces an anti-inflammatory action, which, in the event of intense physical activity reduces the risks of over-training (1).
4. The carnosine also serves to boost no what materializes by better congestion in training.
5. Carnosine promotes collagen synthesis which improves recovery after effort.
Holding the health of the sportsman
Carnosine has protective antioxidant effects for lungs, heart, kidneys, spleen and brain. Carnosine thus exercises direct or indirect actions by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes. For example, carnosine increases the intracellular levels of glutathione (2).
proteins contribute to the development and maintenance of muscle mass.
Vitamin B6 helps our muscles make more carnosine. There is therefore a synergy between ZMB Nutrimuscle, Nutrimuscle multivitamins and beta-alanine carnosyn®.
caffeine tends to promote the entrance to beta-alanine in muscles and therefore its conversion to carnosine. The Carnosyn® tends to potentiate the effects of caffeine on the contraction force of the muscles. There is therefore an interesting synergy between beta-alanine carnosyn®, Nutrimuscle natural caffeine and also the Green Caffeine Bio Booster Nutrimuscle.
No notable antagonisms.

Force sportsmen have muscle concentrations of carnosine who are, on average, double those measured in sedentary people of the same age. Carnosine exerts six main types of effects likely to explain the increase in power, strength and endurance performance.
1. The ownership of the carnosine which interests the sportsman the most is his ability to neutralize the acid that is generated during intense muscle efforts. The increase in "lactic acid" in muscles is generally associated with a fall in performance. By neutralizing acid, the carnosine pushes the arrival of fatigue. This particularity explains why there are on average two to three times more carnosine in type II muscle fibers (force fibers) than in type I (endurance fibers). > 2. Carnosine increases muscle contraction capacities following nerve impulses. By sensitizing intracellular calcium muscles, a nerve excitation produces a higher muscle contraction when carnosine is present in high concentration than when there is little.
3. Carnosine acts as an antioxidant. This property also explains many health effects of carnosine that we will describe below.
4. Carnosine produces an anti-inflammatory action, which, in the event of intense physical activity reduces the risks of over-training (1).
5. The carnosine also serves to boost no what is materialized by better congestion in training.
6. Carnosine promotes collagen synthesis which improves recovery after effort.

Benefit of beta-alanine on brain health
Beta-Alanine Carnosyn® addresses:
to athletes to improve their performance in force and endurance sports (better congestion and better resistance to fatigue).
to sedentary with a health perspective for its antioxidant and protective effects.
