This native whey isolate has a higher carbohydrate content than native whey isolate (low lactose), which gives it better miscibility and makes it easier to use.
Containing over 85% protein in its natural version, it is directly filtered from fresh cow's milk.
This protein differs from traditional whey isolates because it is free from chemical processes associated with cheese production, thus preserving the integrity of the beneficial properties of milk in its original state.
It is also free of Glycomacropeptide (GMP), an element likely to reduce the amino acid value in dairy proteins.
