Pancakes protéinés
To make the Protein Pancakes recipe, here are the ingredients you need:
- 75g (5 scoops) of Nutrimuscle Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix
- 160ml of milk of your choice (plant-based or animal)
- 2 figs
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A few blueberries or other fruits according to your taste
Once you have gathered all the ingredients, here are the steps for the recipe:
1) In a bowl, mix the pancake preparation with the milk until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter.
2) Heat a non-stick pan (without adding fat) and pour a tablespoon of batter into it.
3) When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for a few more moments.
4) Serve your pancakes with the toppings: Greek yogurt, sliced figs, honey and red fruits.
