Recipe: Apple Cinnamon Granola Bars

Homemade energy bars with muesli and pecans: a quick, no-bake, and deliciously healthy recipe.

Ingredients needed

  • 150g of Nutrimuscle Protein Muesli

  • 100g unsweetened applesauce

  • 50g almond butter

  • 10g crushed pecans

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3 teaspoons honey

 

Preparation steps

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a pan lined with parchment paper and press down firmly.

  3. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to allow the bars to firm up.

  4. Then cut into portions using a sharp knife.

  5. Enjoy your homemade energy bars, perfect for a healthy and delicious snack!
