    En sports de combat, le cardio ne se travaille pas comme en endurance classique. Il faut développer la capacité à enchaîner des efforts explosifs répétés, entrecoupés de récupérations très courtes. Cela passe par un mélange de fractionné haute intensité, de circuits spécifiques combat (sacs,paos,lutte,clinch) et d’un vrai travail sur la respiration. L’objectif n’est pas seulement de “tenir”, mais de rester lucide et efficace jusqu’au dernier round.
