That is why we are committed to completing this multi-year plan by respecting and following the 9 themes necessary for its full design, namely:

2.1 Strategy

Nutrimuscle's accessibility strategy is currently being structured.

It aims to integrate accessibility from the first stages of digital projects, to raise awareness among internal teams, and to prioritize essential services for users.

The first steps consist of:

  • Identifying the services concerned.
  • Initiating compliance audits.
  • Building a realistic and progressive multi-year action plan.

2.2 Referent

A digital accessibility referent is currently being appointed.

This referent will play a key role in:

  • Coordinating the approach.
  • Supporting the teams.
  • Regulatory and technical monitoring.

A dedicated job description will be defined in the coming year.

2.3 Resources

The resources mobilized at this stage are mainly internal (project managers, IT managers, communication).

External support is envisaged to:

  • Support audits.
  • Train teams.
  • Advise on best accessibility practices.

The objective is to structure human and budgetary resources within the framework of the multi-year plan.

2.4 Job Description

The integration of accessibility-related missions into job descriptions is a medium-term objective.

A reflection will be initiated from 2025 to identify the functions concerned (writers, developers, project managers, etc.) and integrate accessibility concepts into job reference frameworks.

2.5 Training

Initial digital accessibility awareness sessions are planned to start in 2025.

The objective is to initiate the upskilling of teams with:

  • Awareness of disability and digital barriers
  • An introduction to RGAA.
  • A presentation of the challenges and regulatory obligations.
  • Practical modules targeted according to profiles (writer, developer, etc.).

2.6 Governance

The governance of the approach is currently being defined.

A cross-functional monitoring committee will be set up, integrating the relevant internal stakeholders (IT, communication, management, legal...).

This committee will monitor the progress of the action plan and ensure the consistency of initiatives.

2.7 Purchasing

Taking accessibility into account in public digital procurement is one of the priorities to be integrated in the coming months.

A work of alignment with the Purchasing Department is planned, in order to:

  • Review the specifications templates.
  • Introduce clauses compliant with EN 301 549 and RGAA standards.
  • Raise awareness among teams about evaluating compliance in digital services.

2.8 Digital Projects

Future digital projects will progressively integrate accessibility requirements.

The objective is to include accessibility in:

  • Specifications from the framing phase.
  • The choice of tools and solutions.
  • Validation steps before going online.
  • Support is planned for project managers to ensure a concrete and realistic consideration of accessibility.

2.9 Annual Action Plan Review

The first annual action plan will be developed following an inventory planned for 2025.

This review will allow evaluating:

  • Actions carried out.
  • Priorities for the following year.

It will be integrated into a logic of continuous improvement, with transparent communication on progress.

3. Compliance

New Projects and Compliance
