ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The company N Lab, a simplified sole proprietorship with its registered office at 38 rue de Berri – 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (hereinafter the "Organizer"), is organizing a free contest with no purchase obligation titled "32ND ANNIVERSARY CONTEST" (hereinafter the "Contest").

The Contest will take place on the website www.nutrimuscle.com between December 19, 2025, and January 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The draw and announcement of the (1) winner will take place on January 16, 2026.

This operation is neither sponsored nor organized by Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple, or Microsoft.

The organizing company reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel its operation at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure, without participants being entitled to any compensation. The regulations modified by addendum(s), if any, will be filed with SELAS ACTA - Commissaires de Justice associés - 25 bd Joffre 54000 NANCY - Office de Metz 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. The Contest is free and open to any natural person aged 16 or over on the day of their participation, residing in France or abroad, regardless of their nationality, with the exception of:

- employees of the Organizer,

- individuals who have directly or indirectly participated in the design, organization, or execution of the Contest,

- as well as members of their family (ascendants, descendants, spouses).

2.2. Any minor participant must obtain the express prior authorization of their legal representative to participate. The Organizer may request proof of this at any time.

2.3. Participation in the Contest implies full and complete acceptance of these regulations.

2.4. The Contest is subject to French law applicable to games and contests.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, the Participant must:

Any incomplete, erroneous, or fraudulent participation will be canceled.

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The winners will be selected by drawing lots from all participants who found the 10 errors on the Typeform form provided for this purpose (conditions of article 3).

The draw will be conducted by the Organizer on January 16, 2026.

The winner will be contacted by email. In the absence of a response from the winner within 7 calendar days, the prize will be permanently forfeited, and a new draw may be conducted.

ARTICLE 6 – RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizer cannot be held responsible:

- in case of loss, theft, damage, or delay during prize delivery,

- in case of fraudulent or improper use of the prize,

- in case of errors related to the contact details provided by the Participant,

- in case of technical problems, Internet network malfunctions, or service interruptions preventing participation.

In case of force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Contest without its liability being engaged.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA & IMAGE RIGHTS

Personal data collected as part of the Contest is necessary for managing participations and awarding the prize. It is processed by the Organizer in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Each Participant has a right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, as well as a right to object. These rights can be exercised by writing to: contact@nutrimuscle.com.

By participating in the Contest, the winners expressly authorize the Organizer to use, free of charge, their first name, last name initial, photograph, and/or testimony in the communication related to the Contest (website, social networks, newsletters), for a maximum duration of twelve (12) months and within the territory of the European Union.

ARTICLE 8 – FREE PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Contest is free and without obligation to purchase. It only requires an Internet connection. Connection costs possibly incurred for participation are not reimbursed.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES

These regulations are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the regulations will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
